Reservation Policies
Deposit
A reservation deposit equal to three night's lodging is due within 5
working days of booking. Once your deposit is received, a reservation
confirmation and notice of final payment will be sent to you.
If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment
is required within 4 working days of booking.
Final Payment
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Upon receipt of
balance, we will send you an arrival confirmation . Directions
and instructions for access to the unit will be mailed to you during
the next 2 weeks.
Form of Payment
We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders and credit
cards or Master Card
or Visa through PayPal.com. Please do not send cash. A cashiers check
or credit card payment
is required for bookings made within a week.
Reservation Changes
Normally reservations changes can not be made less than 30 days
prior
to arrival, however, if other dates are still available we'll do
everything
we can to accommodate you.
Cancellation
If your reservation deposit is not received within 4 days, your
booking
will be cancelled.
If a confirmed cancellation occurs at least 90 days prior to your
arrival,
your reservation deposit will be returned less a one day rebooking fee.
If a confirmed cancellation occurs between 30 and 90 days prior to your
arrival, your reservation deposit will be forfeited unless
the unit can be re-rented.
There are no refunds for cancellation within 30 days of arrival unless
the unit can be re-rented.
In all of the above cases if the time is completely re-rented at the
same rates, your deposit will be refunded
less a $125 re-booking fee.
If the reservation balance and security deposit are not received
within 30 days of the reservation, they are considered late. If
they are not received within 25 days of the reservation,
the dates will be opened up for other reservation inquiries and can be
cancelled at any time when not received within 21 days of the
reservation.
Check-In
Check-in after 4:00 P.M. Check-out by 10:00 A.M. Early check-in or
late
check-out may be possible if other reservations and the cleaning
schedule
permit.
Occupancy
No pets are allowed and maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Wood Fireplace
Firewood Usage - Wood is
provided for use in the fireplace. At most 7 normal sized pieces per
night can be used. Additional use above this will be charged. Check
with the owners before going above that amount. Wood is for all guests
and excessive use cannot occur.
Damper - must be open before
the fireplace is used. Check the lever for the damper.
Screen - must be kept in place
to contain the fire and to prevent embers from entering the room.
