A reservation deposit equal to three night's lodging is due within 5 working days of booking. Once your deposit is received, a reservation confirmation and notice of final payment will be sent to you.
If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required within 4 working days of booking.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Upon receipt of
balance, we will send you an arrival confirmation . Directions
and instructions for access to the unit will be mailed to you during
the next 2 weeks.
We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders and credit cards or Master Card or Visa through PayPal.com. Please do not send cash. A cashiers check or credit card payment is required for bookings made within a week.
Normally reservations changes can not be made less than 30 days prior to arrival, however, if other dates are still available we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.
If your reservation deposit is not received within 4 days, your
booking
will be cancelled.
In all of the above cases if the time is completely re-rented at the
same rates, your deposit will be refunded
less a $125 re-booking fee.
Check-in after 4:00 P.M. Check-out by 10:00 A.M. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible if other reservations and the cleaning schedule permit.
