Luxurious Lake Dillon Condominium on Lake Dillon Lakeside adjacent to the Lake Dillon Marina. Lake Dillon can be observed from our large balconey with patio furniture and barbeque grill. We are central in Summit County to the 6 mountain towns here in which there are many activities to enjoy. Look at the activities schedule for an idea of the activities available.
Getting on a boat for fun on the lake is just as easy as walking down the stairs. The Marina rents pontoon boats, sailboats, motorboats and kayaks. Participate in Sailing regattas or watch them from the balcony. Concerts are held at the Dillon amphitheatre and many other area activities held nearby. We are adjacent to the Lake Dillon Bike Trail and the surrounding National Forests are a great source of activities including mountain biking, hiking, four wheeling, horseback riding, mine tours, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, rafting, wilderness and other exploring.
Enjoy street biking, sailing, backpacking, fishing, trail riding, many types of tours, exploration of mountain towns, and many other Summit County activities.
Broadband is available at no charge if you have a laptop and we can email the connection details.
We have new aspen log furniture and mattresses in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen aspen log bed and the guest bedroom also has a queen aspen log bed. Our living room sofa has a sleeper with a comfortable queen mattress.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with new plates, cookware, glasses, silverware, a blender and toaster. There is a new smooth-cooktop stove, a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 12-cup coffee maker, etc. There is a laundry room in our building.
We have a brand new steamer unit in our condo's private steam shower with temperature controls in the shower. This steam shower is in addition to the two full baths in the condo.
We have a newly remodeled clubhouse on-site with two Jacuzzis and the largest pool in Dillon. For dining, there are five excellent/very good restaurants within a two block walking distance and many more within a short drive.
Many activities and festivals are scheduled in the area and these are listed in the free Summit Daily newspaper, which is available locally. There are many mountain towns in the area and the multitude of activities are varied and too many to mention.
For local transportation in Summit County and to the other mountain towns or Ski Areas, there is a free Summit Stage bus stop within the block ready to take you to the above towns and areas.
Additional Condo Features include awesome lake, mountain and ski area views. The Lake Dillon Hiking and Bike trail is a few steps away next to our condo so you can go around the lake and continue to Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge, or to Copper Mountain and Vail. There are many off-road trails to explore by bike or on foot if you are ready to go explore the forests and mountains.
There is a great view of the mountains in Summit County from our condo, including the mountains at Keystone and Peaks 1-10 between Breckenridge and Frisco.
The top picture on the left was taken across the Dillon Marina Bay and shows our building above the Lake Dillon Marina and overlooking the lake. Buffalo Mountain and part of the Ten Mile range are towering above the lake. Our condo is at the top of the stairs above the Dillon Marina offices. The bottom picture was taken from right in front of our condo balcony/deck and shows the great view that is looking across Lake Dillon to the Ten Mile Range and the Breckenridge Resort. A larger view of this picture is also available.

Winter Features:
Luxurious condominium central to Summit County Skiing, Snowboarding, Festivals, Mountain Towns, and National Forest activities. Great views from condo, which is on the Lake Dillon lakefront and looks west to the lake and the Ten Mile Mountain Range behind Breckenridge and Frisco. Views to Swan Mountain, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin ski area mountains. New aspen log bedroom furniture, granite kitchen counters, new maple dining room set, and spacious living room.
Central to the Summit County Ski Resorts of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. Also, 3 of the above and Frisco have a Nordic Center for cross- country and backcountry skiing. Snow Mobiling and Nordic skiing is also available in the surrounding National Forests. In addition to the central ski area and National Forest access, there are plenty of additional options such as ice skating, snow tubing, sleigh rides, etc which are each available at many close by sites.
