Lake Dillon - Summer
Lake Dillon which is right outside our condo
allows sailboating, motorboating, fishing and other water sports.
The Lake Dillon Marina is just to the left of the trees
in this picture and it is within a block walking distance from
the condo. Multiple types of boats are available for rent
from the Marina.

View from Living Room and Dining Room - Winter
The Living Room and Dining Room face Southwest.
Winter view through the 8 foot and 6 foot patio doors.
Ten Mile Peak and Mount Royal behind Frisco are part of the
snow capped mountain. The Breckenridge Ski Resort is visible
to the left slightly off this photograph and easily visible
from the dining room and balcony.
Immediately in front of the windows is the common
area for our condo and to the left is all Lake Dillon!
You will enjoy the sunsets, the mountain and lake views.
The balcony overlooks the pine and aspen trees. You can
watch our neighbors, the squirrels and the birds, and in the
summer enjoy the wildflowers and the sailboats.
Panoramic view from the balcony - Winter
Winter panorama from the balconey of the living and dining rooms. The same view is what is seen from both rooms. Ten Mile Peak behind Frisco and the Breckenridge Ski Resort are visible. Weather changes are easily visible here as you will see the clouds coming over the mountains from the West.

to the center and right of the photograph, respectively.
The Araphoe Basin ski area is on the mountain to the left in the photograph.
