The woodsy and wildlife decore is carried throughout the condo from the bedrooms into the living room. Here you'll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy the view, the fireplace, play a game with your other guests, listen to one of your favorite CDs, watch one of the videotapes provided using the VCR, watch television on the 27 inch cable-TV or listen to the radio while you enjoy the company. Games are provided for you to enjoy with your guests, or you can read a newspaper or curl up with your favorite book.

Lake Dillon which is right outside our condo allows sailboating, motorboating, fishing and other water sports. The Lake Dillon Marina is just to the left of the trees in this picture and it is within a block walking distance from the condo Multiple types of boats are available for rent from the Marina.

Our on-site clubhouse has the largest swimming pool in Dillon and 2 jacuzzis to enjoy after a hard day of playing outside.

The Living Room and Dining Room face West. Ten mile Peak and Mount Royal behind Frisco are part of the snow capped mountain. The Breckenridge Ski Resort is visible to the left slightly off this photograph and easily visible from the dining room and balcony.

You will enjoy the sunsets, the mountain and lake views. The balcony overlooks the pine and aspen trees. You can watch our neighbors, the squirrels and the birds, and in the summer enjoy the wildflowers and the sailboats.

Weather changes are easily seen here as you will see the clouds coming over the mountains from the West to dump snow on Breckenridge and Keystone. May times you will be enjoying a sunny day while watching the snow fall on Breckenridge and Keystone Resort.
