The kitchen is a full sized kitchen and it is fully equipped kitchen. Smooth top stove with a full sized oven so you can cook or bake with a complete assortment of new pots, pans and ovenware. A granite tile countertop, a Braun coffee maker with filters provided, a microwave, an electric can opener, toaster, Osterizer blender, a new set of dishes, serving dishes and glassware are among the accessories provided.

Seating for 6 where you can enjoy your meal, the company and the lake and mountain views. There is also a pub table next to the fireplace for playing one of the games provided, warming up by the fireplace and enjoying the views and your company.

Lake Dillon which is right outside our condo allows sailboating, motorboating, fishing and other water sports. The Lake Dillon Marina is just to the left of the trees in this picture and within a block walking distance from the condo. Multiple types of boats are available for rent from the Marina.

The Living Room and Dining Room face West. Mount Royal and Ten Mile Peak behind Frisco is the snow capped mountain. The Breckenridge Ski Resort is visible to the left slightly off this photograph and easily visible from the dining room and balcony.

You will enjoy the sunsets, the mountain and lake views. The balcony overlooks the pine and aspen trees. You can watch our neighbors, the squirrels and the birds, and in the summer enjoy the wildflowers and the sailboats.
