Our 2BR 2BA condo has a central location to 4 Summit County Ski Areas. We are centrally located to the ski resorts of Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin as well as a close driving distance to Vail, Beaver Creek, Loveland and Ski Cooper.
We have a great location on the Lake Dillon lakeshore in Summit County, Colorado. As a result we have great views, great access to amenities, restaurants, skiing, snowboarding, crosscountry skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, the City Market grocery store and other stores including factory outlet stores.
There is a recreation center in the complex that has 2 jacuzzis and a large heated swimming pool. This clubhouse has all three of these amenities indoors. Laundry facilities are in our building.
The condo is central and located in the Town of Dillon. There are two great resturants across the street from the complex, the Arapahoe Cafe and Pug Ryan's Steakhouse and Brewery. These rival some of the best in Summit County! There is also a deli and a Italian restaurant across the street. There are three or four other very good restaurants within walking distance also.
The original Town of Dillon was relocated to make way for Lake Dillon!
There is a Summit Stage bus stop within a block that takes you free to the above ski areas of Breckenridge, Keystone or Copper Mountain or Frisco or to factory store shopping. There are also trails nearby for cross-country skiing, telemark skiing, snowshoeing or snow mobiling.
It is quiet and beautiful here.
There is a hiking and bike trail around the Lake Dillon that continues on to Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail. Jogging, hiking and biking throughout the Winter available on the Lake Dillon trail.
The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with the master bath having an additional shower with a steam sauna. The bedrooms have new aspen log furniture. The master has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a full and a twin bed. The guest bedroom also has a trundle bed. The kitchen is fully equiped and has granite counter-tops.
This provides some of the best lodging among the Summit County condos and is definitelyaffordable.

Our condo is on the Lake Dillon lakeshore with great views of Lake Dillon and across Lake Dillon to Swan Mountain, the Ten Mile Range behind Frisco and Breckenridge, and Keystone is visible from the master bedroom. We are next to the Lake Dillon Marina, Dillon ampitheatre, Dillon Town Park and Dillon Lake Park.
